Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls and composing and typing general correspondence under limited supervision
Use a broad range of computer programs to support development of correspondence, presentations, and to perform data entry in support of a department, significant organization
Assist in semi-routine administrative projects/tasks
Prepare information for use in general meetings
Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures
Assist with event coordination/planning by maintaining an open communication with venue/vendors for events.
Assist with registration of attendees for meetings/ conferences via CVENT.
Assist with designing post-meeting feedback surveys.
Assist Congress Manager with other duties as assigned.
Good computer skills including MS Office Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred
4 years experience previous related experience required
