Subcontractor Service Coordinator
The primary responsibility for this role is to manage a group of subcontractors that perform work for our customers.
They would contact the vendor to ensure that the schedule has been set and confirmed with customer.
On our larger projects, this individual would work with subcontractors to get a construction timeline, schedule of values, scope of work, BOM
They would manage the project internally by holding the subcontractors to the construction schedule.
Knowledge of SalesForce is not a requirement, but is a positive in the hire decision.
Knowledge of safety programs and processes is also a plus, but not required.
Experience in a similar industry - commercial construction, commercial/industrial service and maintenance (critical power, HVAC, fire suppression, etc) is a big plus.
