Ultimate Staffing Customer Care Representative Position in Plantation, FL

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Care Representative for our esteemed client based in Plantation, FL. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction for our client's contact center, resort staff, customers, and travel partners. Please note this position is onsite and only local candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all areas of the contact center, resort staff, customers, and travel partners, ensuring outstanding service at every interaction.
  • Efficiently resolve customer claims before arrival, utilizing excellent negotiation skills to reach amicable solutions.
  • Perform daily audits, including the collection of balances due, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to resolve problems effectively.
  • The ability to work at a fast pace, managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high precision.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving potential issues before escalation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rotating shift schedule and the capability to work 365 days a year.

Training & Schedule:

  • The initial training period will be Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Post-training, the schedule will rotate every 4 weeks: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
