Helpline Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM & Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Receive Inbound calls from customers inquiring about their wellness program
- Answer 40+ calls a day from customers
- Assist customers with technical assistance such as (smart phones, apps, basic troubleshooting)
- Temp to Hire, Quick conversion rate
- Office Setting with Standing Desks
- Nice Break Room
- Associate Degree or better (Preferred but can be made based on experience)
- Customer Service Experience (Customer Facing or Phones)
- Good Attendance and Punctuality
- Background Screening Required
