Job Description

 Essential Functions/Responsibilities
 

  • Responds to phone calls in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Responds to online questions and requests to complete account transactions
  • Initiates transactions 
  • Performs research during and after calls as needed to resolve problems and inquiries
  • Documents call notes and makes sure relevant data is accurately documented
  • Follows up on inquiries not immediately resolved during a call
  • Escalates calls to next level as appropriate 
  • Integrates feedback and lessons learned to continually improve customer service
  • Complies with all Company policies, including attendance, attire, and data security
Education Requirements
 
  • College degree or equivalent professional work experience in lieu of a degree
  • High School or Equivalent required
