We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and courteous customer responses, ensuring satisfaction on first contact.
* Efficiently schedule deliveries, installations, and service calls, optimizing resources.
* Address customer queries on billing and payments.
* Maintain accurate customer documentation and route systems.
* Safeguard customer information and foster positive communication.
* Actively contribute to sales efforts by responding to inquiries and setting appointments.
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Previous call center/phone customer service experience is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation.
* High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
* Background check and drug screening required.
Pay: $17/hr-$19/hr base + Commission (is what you make it, reps make extra $100+ a month based on upselling) There is no cold calling, it is offering new services and products to clients when they call in for your help! Like when you go to Target and they ask if you'd like to sign up for a Target Red Card)
Schedule: 8am-4:30 pm Monday - Friday
Location: 100% in office
