Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring prompt and careful handling of order-related information, addressing product queries, and appropriately managing complaints and concerns.
  • Handling customer service phone calls, providing order details, processing orders and payments, and assisting with website and product inquiries.
  • Tracking orders and liaising with carriers for smooth delivery.
  • Managing return processes, including providing shipping labels, receiving returned items, and issuing refunds.
  • Utilizing various software and systems to document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with the team and management to identify and address potential improvements, recurring issues, trends, etc.
  • Assisting with general customer service tasks.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with dogs, as managers bring their pets to the office daily.
  • Preferably, previous office experience, particularly in phone and email customer service.
  • Flexibility in handling various job responsibilities, as teamwork is essential in a small office environment.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SAP or Zendesk is advantageous, although training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Capability to grasp, retain, and convey product knowledge effectively.
  • Proficiency in solution-oriented problem-solving

Additional Info:

  • Pay: $20-$22/hr
  • Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
  • Location: In-office
