Customer Service Representative - 

Job Description 
Our client has a direct hire / temp to hire opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.
Great casual yet professional atmosphere with eligibility for overtime when needed.

Duties include:
- Answering incoming calls and returning customer calls
- Assisting customers with pricing information or service information
- Handling requests via email when needed
- Escalating items to appropriate management staff
- Data Entry and upkeep of database
-Must type 35WPM
 
Requirements 
Customer Service experience in a call center environment ideally
Seeking candidates with experience in dispatching
