Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries, process orders and handle complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. 
  • Enter orders into the proprietary system and work closely with the Account Manager with orders and special requests. 
  • Check for product availability. 
  • Coordinate special requests with the transportation and operations department. 
  • Provide first impressions for the organization with front desk support to include greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
  • Ensure proper invoicing of accounts including issuing credits.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable and customer accounts.
  • Originate and process correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining databases and records management systems.
  • Assist General Manager as needed.
  • Review and resolve routine administrative related questions and issues; provide input regarding new or revised administrative procedures.
  • Compile, organize, and analyze data for use in reports.

Qualifications:
  • Must be Bilingual - Spanish/English 
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in admin support, sales, or other related fields
  • Passionate about building rapport with clients
  • Skilled at prioritizing and multitasking
  • Positive, high-energy and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional work ethic
Monday-Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $16/hr
