Receptionist/Administrative Support
Pay Rate: $15.25/hour
M-F 8am-5pm
Temp - Perm

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must (Basic/Intermediate level)
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Previous administrative role experience
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Detail-oriented with Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Answering phones and message management
* Correspondence drafting
* Calendaring
* Supply order management for all 5 tax office (ordering online)
* Excel spreadsheet creation (data entry/some formula knowledge)
* Document creation (templates available - good grammar, spelling, etc.)
* Document management
