Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and web chat interactions from local businesses.
  • Anticipate and address the potential needs of each customer, providing solutions in a compassionate and courteous manner.
  • Strive for first-call resolution on inquiries, quotes, and orders, including on-the-fly order processing, information organization, and call conclusion.
  • Clearly convey the features and benefits of relevant products and services using language tailored to the customer's understanding, considering regional and industry terminology.
  • Collaborate with other departments and colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience and leverage insights gained during interactions.
  • Navigate resources effectively and creatively to build the knowledge base required for problem-solving and professional growth.
  • Negotiate prices to secure business, maintaining a balance between the organization's long-term relationship and customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and adhere to all internal procedures to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.
  • Perform quality assurance checks.

Additional Info:

  • Pay: $22-26/hr Depending on experience
  • Schedule: M-F, 7 AM-5 PM
  • Location: In office 100%
  • Type: Direct Hire
