Continuously maintain a professional, positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
Promptly respond to customer questions.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Utilize various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to communicate with customers.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep an accurate record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues (as needed).
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure constant customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English required.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working in a customer service-oriented role (preferably call center).
Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Generous and competitive pay--$15 to $16 an hour (depending on experience).
