Job Description

We're hiring an Office Clerk to join our team! Pay range: $17-20/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and document filing
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Assisting with office tasks as needed
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting in inventory management and ordering office supplies
  • Providing support to colleagues and departments as required
  • Managing and updating databases
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
