Job Description

Position: Corporate Recruiter

  • Work with hiring managers and department leads to determine hiring needs
  • Build candidate pipelines
  • Recruit from different platforms and have an expert understanding of needs
  • Keep up on industry trends, job advertisements and market changes
  • Recruit for CSR, IT, Sales, and administrative roles
  • Schedule interviews and conduct 1st round phone interviews
  • Be highly organized
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process
  • Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
  • Pay: $50-70k DOE
  • 3 years in full cycle recruiting Required
  • 3-5 years of Technical recruiting (IT, Engineering, Software Industry) Required
  • Experience recruiting for sales, customer service, and technical roles 
  • Opportunity for career growth within company
