Ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality and positive attitude with great social skills. Multi line phone experience is a plus. Strong communication skills required. You are the first point of contact for our clients so exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are a must. Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Must speak Spanish.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Answer Multiline phone system
Properly screen and transfer calls to the correct person.
Properly take and deliver messages.
Deliver messages from answering service to correct employee.
Greet clients and guests with a smile.
Notify proper employee of all meetings that have arrived.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Maintain telecommunication system and phone lists.
Maintain a clean and neat reception area.
Must be presentable at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
