We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join a client in Fremont. This position is 100% onsite. This is a temp-to-hire position. The role is 100% onsite. The client has twice a year bonuses upon being hired full-time, plus onsite gym. Bilinugal in English and Spanish is required.

Job Duties:

  • Onboarding and Offboarding all Union workforce.
  • Working with internal managers, and job applicants, and performing pre-employment administration of drug testing and Motor Vehicle Record facilitation.
  • This is a hands-on people services role and must have excellent communication skills.
  • Project Manage various HR programs as assigned.
  • Administer weekly our EDD Work Share Program.
  • Process Verification of Employment requests.
  • Complete all State of California Employment Development Department verifications and correspondence.
  • Administer our company Wellness Program, including annual calendar publication, facilitate monthly events, and create and distribute all employee marketing materials.
  • Provide facilitation of logistics and facilitate catering for all company events.
  • Partner with fellow HR team members on special HR projects.
  • Must possess a strong ability to act in all matters with confidentiality and process the ability to be sensitive with a servant-like-minded style.
  • Must pay strong attention to details as they are key in this role Must embrace multitasking, strong kind communications, attention to details and follow up.
  • Strong desire to succeed and sense of urgency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, have had direct experience in the facilitation of programs, and taking ownership of projects they support.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting various teams and company programs.
  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related years of experience.
  • Be a multitasker with excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful programs.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience in the operations side of the business and have experience with all kinds of communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Project management skills with teams made up of varying levels.
  • Must have advanced computer software skills in MS Office, including Microsoft Excel, and have attention to detail in all they do.
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English required for this role.
