Manufacturing company in Costa Mesa is adding a Inside Sales Assistant/Admin Assistant. They will back up the Receptionist on breaks and over flow phones. They will also support the Customer Service dept processing orders, invoicing, reports, account look up and RMA's. This role is temp-hire.
Must have clear communication
ERP system experience is a plus
Manufacturing experience is a must
