We are looking for an Order Processor to perform routine order entry and inventory functions for one of our prominent clients.

As an Order Processor and Ambassador on our team, you will play the most critical role by fulfilling our company's purpose and promise to our business customers. Pay: $23.00-26.00/hour+ DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for order entry, billing support, customer service, scheduling and inventory management.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with product managers on shipment size estimation per order & following up label instructions, get freight quotes, verify inventory levels
• Update Spread Sheet on daily basis for new items, pricing, inventory status
• Administrate incoming ocean containers to fill e-commerce orders
• Adjust inventory as needed after execution of each order
• Check item's bar code, product and package details to ensure conformity before shipment

Requirements:

• Associates Degree minimum
• Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish required
• Previous order processing, data entry, or related operations experience required
• E-Commerce order processing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite required; Shipstation, or EDI systems a plus!
