Support and coordinate training by preparing/processing materials, presentation and follow-up documents
Perform detailed and complex analyses
Enter and maintain all pertinent numeric and alpha data into distribution systems and other databases
Maintain and audit records for completeness and accuracy
Create and maintain processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) for applicable Supply Chain functions
Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership
Support projects of diverse scope (e.g. process improvements), as needed
Data Entry Requirements:
Demonstrated 10-key capability with 100% accuracy
High school diploma; AA preferred
A minimum of one (1) year of Supply Chain, Quality or Regulatory Compliance experience
Experience writing policies and procedures a plus
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities is required
Knowledge of PLM, JDE, and Microsoft Office
