Job Description

Data Entry Clerk Duties:

  • Support and coordinate training by preparing/processing materials, presentation and follow-up documents
  • Perform detailed and complex analyses
  • Enter and maintain all pertinent numeric and alpha data into distribution systems and other databases
  • Maintain and audit records for completeness and accuracy
  • Create and maintain processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) for applicable Supply Chain functions
  • Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership
  • Support projects of diverse scope (e.g. process improvements), as needed
Data Entry Requirements:
  • Demonstrated 10-key capability with 100% accuracy 
  • High school diploma; AA preferred
  • A minimum of one (1) year of Supply Chain, Quality or Regulatory Compliance experience
  • Experience writing policies and procedures a plus
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities is required
  • Knowledge of PLM, JDE, and Microsoft Office
