Deburring Technician Temp-to-Hire $17.00-$19.00 an hour Ashland, MA

Hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm (Over time weekly offered)

Pay: $17.00- $19.00 an hour

Responsibilities:
* Utilize manual and power deburring tools to remove burrs, sharp edges, or excess materials from machined parts.
* Perform sanding tasks as required to achieve desired surface finish.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine deburring requirements.
* Use basic inspection tools to ensure parts meet quality standards.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in deburring or similar manufacturing roles required.
* Experience with sanding techniques and equipment preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
* Familiarity with manual and power deburring tools.
* Basic knowledge of inspection tools and techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Must clear background check and drug test before starting
