REMOTE Loan Processor, able to live anywhere in the country, 50,000-60,000/yr and incentives
-At least 1 YEAR of EXPERIENCE
-Laptop will be provided/dual monitors for home office

Job Description

Position is responsible for reviewing mortgage loan applications for newly originated loan applications for accuracy and completeness in the Loan Origination System

Responsible for gathering data that supports mortgage loan requests such as automatic underwriting findings, credit reports, income and asset documentation, appraisals and other requirements
Verifies, compiles, and types application info for mortgage loans
Responsible for developing and maintaining up to date knowledge of FHA,VA,Conventional, bond, 203k and USDA guidelines

Must have working knowledge LP/DU, ability to read and interpret laws, rules, regulations
Working knowledge of FHA,VA,RD, & CONV guidelines
