Job Description

The Analyst for Global Mobility provides support to and works under direct supervision of the SVP, Global Mobility as an integral part of the Global Mobility team and the wider Total Rewards team. The role supports and manages parts of the global mobility process and supports certain compensation processes. The Analyst works closely with other HR functions, Finance teams, HR management, and HR Generalists globally to manage critical HR data as well as other reward related efforts and analysis. Other responsibilities include HR system administration and consulting for HR Generalists and employees. The Analyst, Global Mobility needs to be passionate about processes (including process improvement) as well as numbers and needs to be able to interpret data for management information purposes. Attention to detail and strong quantitative skills are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (including the following, other duties may be assigned)
* Manages assignment and relocation cost projection process
* Provides consulting for HR Generalists and managers on assignment and relocation policies
* Administers and tracks assignees and transferees in HR systems throughout the Global Mobility lifecycle
* Ensures constant availability of current Global Mobility data and provides analytics and reports for management information purposes
* Interacts with global mobility vendors (like Tax or relocation vendors) ensuring seamless service provision for employees
* Manages Global Mobility policy process ensuring alignment with market and global consistency
* Liaises with HR Generalists and other HR functions globally as needed for processing of Global Mobility related payments (like COLA or housing)
* Manages monthly global headcount reporting and aligns processes with stakeholders
* Administers and processes global variable compensation payments for the semi-monthly payrolls
* Administers short and long-term incentive programs (like LTIPA), and reviews processes on a regular basis
* Administers and maintains data in HR systems including PeopleSoft and LTIPA Administration System (EWM)
* Supports other compensation related processes as needed
* Prepares periodic reports and data requests
* Assists with special projects and analysis

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
* Minimum of two years analytical experience
* Advanced PC skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word; Access is a plus
* Interest in analyzing and improving internal processes
* Proven ability to provide and work with highly confidential information, while always maintaining discretion and integrity
* Professional, diplomatic, and excellent client service skills
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
* High quality written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external employees in both written and verbal communications
* Strong commitment to producing quality work while ensuring work is delivered completely, accurately, and on time
* Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and be flexible to daily changing priorities
* Excellent time management skills and ability to flourish in a challenging, professional environment is essential
* Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
* Proven team player, self-motivated, innovative, and solution minded
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work with interruptions and work well under pressure and deadlines
