Job Description

Full Time Office Assistant
Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

Duties include:
-answering phones
-data entry
-filing and organizing paperwork
-scheduling
-maintaining office supply inventory
-front desk reception back up
-make deliveries
-updating lists
-handle of food orders and set up
-scanning/photocopying documents
-copy cds/dvds
-sorting/distributing mail

Candidates must possess:
1. Attention to detail
2. Take initiative (ask questions)
3. Positivity (team player)
