One of Utah's top employers has engaged our firm in their search for a Customer Support Analyst. The person in this role will be responsible for a wide range of Customer Support duties. Job Title: Customer Support Analyst

Salary: $18-$20/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Location: American Fork, UT (On-Site)

Requirements - What Matters Most

• 1+ year experience providing customer support via email and phone
• Previous call center experience
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
• Organized, attention to detail team player
• Ability to be collaborative with others when resolving and researching customer issues
• Experience working in the payments industry is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in an accurate and timely manner, via email and phone
• Help customers set up accounts online
• Enter important case data into the CRMs to monitor and keep track of customer issues
• Become an expert of the product
• Collaborate with team members to find effective workarounds for various problems and situations
• Using the ticket system to track and monitor and updates specifics on client issues
