Job Title: Order Processing and Billing Clerk 2904
Compensation: $23-$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Ontario, California
Order Processing and Billing Clerk 2904 Responsibilities:
- Efficiently review and process customer orders.
- Oversee logistics, service arrangements, and freight rate documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of order tracking details and shipping documents to customers.
- Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records to avoid discrepancies.
- Manage invoicing and pursue overdue payments.
- Reconcile inventory records to maintain data accuracy.
- Process claims for lost or damaged shipments to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to a full-time schedule, with flexibility as approved by management.
- Utilize time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve productivity targets.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with a positive contribution.
Order Processing and Billing Clerk 2904 Must haves:
- Five years of professional experience in order processing and billing.
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Office for daily operations.
- Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish or Mandarin Chinese are preferred, with strong English skills for professional communication.
- Ability to type at a speed of 40 words per minute.
