Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer inquiries.
• Efficiently schedule deliveries, installations, and service calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data security.
• Support sales efforts by responding to inquiries and identifying sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Team player with a friendly personality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Additional Information:

• Base pay: $18-20/hour + commission & yearly bonus (based on company performance)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• Location: 100% onsite Stillwater, MN
