Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling 30-50 telephone calls daily and assisting guests with travel bookings.
  • Addressing customer inquiries promptly via phone and email.
  • Keeping abreast of current international affairs using resources such as TSS, State Department website, and news agencies.
  • Advising clients on international travel prerequisites like visas and passports.
  • Guiding clients in uploading necessary personal documentation for travel.
  • Troubleshooting technology and process-related issues with clients over the phone.
  • Offering constructive feedback while maintaining patience and professionalism with each client.
  • Representing Go Next's brand by demonstrating empathy and upholding professional standards when addressing escalated concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry experience being applicable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in conflict de-escalation and possessing a high degree of patience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including listening, researching, and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in working with multiple systems and identifying/reporting trends.
  • Candidates with experience in senior or retirement care communities, such as reception roles, are highly desirable.

Additional Info:

  • Pay rate: $20-$21/hr
  • Schedule: 9AM -5:30PM Monday - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office
