Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a marketing role.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social media, content, events, web design and influencer marketing campaigns

- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators that align with our brand values and target audience

- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize ROI

- Collaborate with the product, sales, and creative teams to develop cohesive and compelling marketing materials

- Manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Support the marketing team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

- Work on special projects and support impactful campaigns

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in marketing

- Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary
