Our client in Columbia, MD is seeking a Customer Support Associate to immediately join their team! This is an opportunity with an industry leading company that builds strong and meaningful connections with coworkers and managers! The ideal candidate for this position will be dependable, self-sufficient and able to answer high-volume phone calls to handle the job's responsibilities. Location: Columbia, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$22/hourly based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone and email.

-Review and confirm orders as well as process payments.

-Provide detailed information regarding products and services.

-Utilize strong communication skills to answer general inquiries and escalated concerns.

-Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

-Previous customer service experience is a plus.

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

-Ability to work independently.

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
