Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the organization's legal document and affidavit requirements.
  • Organize, process, review, and validate large data and document sets using available technology tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot errors and ensure accuracy.
  • Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold personal and professional integrity.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • No prior industry experience required; training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Info:

  • Pay: $20-21/hr.
  • Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
  • Type: Contract-to-hire
