Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Input orders and quotes accurately into ERP system.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle high volume of requests efficiently.
- Verify order details for accuracy.
- Assist in issue resolution and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with teams for timely solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer service and order entry.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
Additional Information:
- Pay: $20-25/hr.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm.
- Location: Initially in-office in NE Minneapolis (hybrid schedule considered after 90 days)
