Job Duties/Description:
- Enter orders and quotes into ERP system
- Answer customer questions via phone, email and in person
- Respond to incoming requests in a timely manner
- Manage a high volume of incoming requests and orders
- Double check all information, including costs, sale prices, delivery dates and products to ensure accuracy in order transactions
- Assist customers in resolving any issues
- Process invoices accurately and prepare credits as necessary for refunds or adjustments
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in customer service and order entry
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with good organizational skills.
- Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Competent in use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in order entry process via a formal ERP system.
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $20-25/hr.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30
- Location: In-office (1-2 days hybrid/week after 90 days if performance meets expectations)
- Type: Direct Hire + full benefits
