Office, Administrative, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Manufacturing/Production
Job Description:
* Address customer inquiries and requests via phone or email
* Manage incoming orders and verify all details - costs, delivery dates, etc.
* Input orders and quotes into the ERP database, process invoices
* Assist internal team with delivery schedule and scope to meet goals
Requirements:
* 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience is required
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required
* Experience in order entry process via a formal ERP system.
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $40,000 to $55,000 depending on experience
* Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8:00am to 4:30pm
* Location: Hybrid
