Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and video to internal departments.
  • Manage Spanish-speaking client interactions and maintain detailed records following HIPAA and company privacy policies.
  • Learn and use customer relations systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant communications or medical insurance experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving and computer skills.
  • Track record of process improvements.

Additional Information:

  • Pay: $25-$27 per hour.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
  • Location: Onsite initially in Roseville, potential for hybrid work (2 days remote, 3 days in office) later.
