Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and contact potential customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person
  • Present and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas on a consistent quarterly basis
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Input all communications notes into HubSpot CRM for each associated contact (automated through RingCentral and Outlooks tracking)
  • Present sales materials and professional demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract details, including pricing, features, and instillation timelines
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, building rapport with key decision makers, and penetrating target market
  • Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Explore new and different sales channels.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 2 or more years of experience selling directly to real estate Property Managers, Regional Directors, and Owners of multifamily apartment communities.
  • Experience selling smart technology (IoT) solutions is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Professional CRM is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Outside sales experience is a must for face-to-face sales

DIRECT HIRE- M-F in office only 11AM-3PM the rest work from home.
