Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate the main switchboard, welcome clients, and provide assistance.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, process payments, and manage customer accounts.
- Enter orders, confirm receipts, and handle order files and backorders.
- Manage daily dispatch, UPS shipments, and assist with general office tasks.
- Uphold Company policies, project a professional attitude, and support sales activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some business or college courses preferred.
- 2-3 years of office experience in secretarial, administrative, or sales support roles.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Additional Info:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Location: Hopkins, 100% in office
- Pay rate $22 - $28/hour DOE
