Job Description

Customer Service Representative 

  • Tracking and tracing shipments and loads in the system
  • Set specific dates and times for delivery, pickups and reschedules
  • Gather and document accurate information to ensure successful pickup or delivery of shipment
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring that all orders are thoroughly documented
  • Order entry and price quoting
  • Mainly correspond with customers via email (100+ emails/day), phone work (40-60 calls/day)
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • General USA geography skills (Ex. Difference between Washington and Washington DC)
  • Ideal candidate would have attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and be eager to learn
  • Previous experience with freight terminology preferred but not required
  • Spelling and punctuation skills are required
$16/hr. Temp-to-hire
