Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop a recruitment plan.
Ensure job postings are accurate and are posted at sites to reach target market
Provides extended outreach to attract diverse applicant pool.
Research and analyze data in order to make recommendations pertaining to recruitment
Establishes networks and maintains partnerships with third party organizations
Leverages social media to source and attract talent and promote the employer brand.
Review resumes and conduct pre-screening (phone and in-person interviews)
Bachelor in Business or Human Resources field with applicable course work preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills: demonstrated ability to write proposals, policies, training programs, and surveys.
2-4 years general experience sourcing and recruiting for entry level and exempt positions.
Proficiency with email systems, calendars and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Publisher)
