Job Description

Our healthcare research firm in Monsey, NY is looking for a Financial Customer Service Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with finance department functions
    • accounts receivable
    • accounts payable
    • collections/account management
    • account reconciliations
    • customer service

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years customer service experience required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Skills: MS Outlook and Excel, excellent communication and follow up skills, organization, attention to detail.
