The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. This is a permanent, direct hire position with a pay rate of $24 to $26 per hour depending upon experience.

Position Responsibilities

Develop, document, and implement comprehensive recruiting and onboarding strategies.

Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs, job specifications, and hiring criteria.

Collaborate with department managers to update, and in some cases, draft detailed and accurate job descriptions.

Develop and release job openings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.

Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

Screen applications and prospects to qualify candidates for next steps and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.

Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.

Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.

Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with college/university placement offices and employment agencies as a source to generate qualified applicants.

Identifying future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

Develop, produce, and distribute recruitment and retention metric reports.

Continuously partner with Human Resources team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.

Knowledge/Skills:

Must be a results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and clear, concise writing style.

Ability to make decisions, multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, attention to detail and meet deadlines.

Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer systems.

Ability to maintain and build trust at all levels of the organization; uphold confidentiality as appropriate.

Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.

Proven high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience including conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).

Ability to travel as needed.

Knowledge of HR practices.
