We have multiple openings for a Patient Services Coordinator!

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Title: Patient Services Coordinator

Job Duties/Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to patients from provided lists to schedule introductory appointments or clinical service appointments.
• Expected to make approximately 9 calls per hour, totaling 70-80 calls per day. Note that these are cold calls, and patients may not be aware of the call in advance; anticipate a significant number of no-answer calls.
• Document all calls and conversations with patients accurately.
• Address any inquiries or concerns patients may have regarding our services.
• Efficiently schedule appointments for patients based on their needs and availability.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in call center customer service.
• Experience utilizing a script for phone interactions is preferred.
• Sales background is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Note: This position requires a proactive approach to engage patients over the phone, excellent organizational skills to manage call documentation, and the ability to provide informative and friendly customer service.
