Temporaray Executive Assistant opporunity needed for well known business in Costa Meaa. This is an IN OFFICE role This is temp for now, but could be temp-hire for the right candidate.
* Responsible for providing complete administrative support for three executives.
* Manage multiple calendars and organize weekly meetings.
* Manage expense reports and invoice payments. Track using Excel spreadsheets for recording.
* Update and disseminate leasing representative updates and meeting agendas each week.
* Coordinate food and beverage orders and set up lunches for onsite meetings.
* Act as Leasing Department liaison for current and prospective tenants.
* Create PowerPoint presentations and projects.
* Handle time-sensitive, confidential information consistently with the utmost degree of care, integrity, and discretion.
* Create and update legal documents, correspondence, and letters of intent - advanced Word skills required.
* Disseminate confidential documents for execution and route executed documents to appropriate departments and tenants.
* Access and share tenant sales reports using MRI software.
* MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe expert.
* Filing and scanning.
