Job Description

Helpline Support Agent

Pay: $16.00/Hour
Location: Eagan
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM & Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Duties:

  • Inbound calls assisting participants explaining the benefits of the program they signed up for
  • Gathering information from participant and scheduling appointments
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Comfortable with smartphones and apps
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Bachelor's Degree or
  • Currently enrolled towards higher education
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • 1-year customer service
