Job Description

Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. Great organization with growth, benefits and a fantastic culture. We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years experience, preferably in an Office Management or Facilities role. This will be working in office from 8am-5pm. Starting salary - $55K - $60K

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and approve office supplies, negotiate with vendors in terms of pricing, assist with event planning
  • Basic administrative duties including expense reports, phones, filing, record keeping, etc
  • Assist Human Resources and Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years preferably in an office management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
