Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers during their busy April Fools day sale. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via text and email, addressing questions about orders, and providing support with data entry tasks using Excel. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via text and email, providing accurate and helpful information about orders, products, and services.
• Assist customers with order tracking, shipping inquiries, and product availability during the April Fools day sale.
• Conduct data entry tasks using Excel to update customer information, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
