Position: Sales Support Specialist

Location: West County, St. Louis, MO (On-site Only)

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: $20-22/hr (Based on Experience) + quarterly and annual bonus

Status: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders and payments, both via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Keep clients informed on order status, inventory availability, pricing details, and shipment tracking, maintaining clear communication channels at all times.
• Resolve any sales or customer issues promptly and effectively, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for streamlining operations and implementing process improvements, contributing to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting and implementing enhancements to existing systems and procedures, driving positive change across the organization.
• Generate reports related to sales, inventory, and other key metrics, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Sales Support, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with order processing is highly desirable.
• Background in clinical, healthcare, or government-sponsored health care programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with FedEx or other delivery carrier processes would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
