Job Description

We are seeking a polished and friendly Office Manager to make a difference at office in the heart of Los Angeles. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent office administration and hospitality to all staff, visitors, and guests to our firm.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Office Administration
    • Monitor and enforce existing company policies and procedures while assisting in the development of new office protocols
    • Oversee the daily operations of the office space, parking and building administration
    • Update and complete weekly Staff Schedule for distribution
    • Assist design staff in administration (prepare letters, copying, faxing, emailing, etc.) on a daily basis
    • Plan company social events (holiday party, etc..)
  • Travel coordinator
    • Coordinate and secure employee travel itinerary with our foreign offices
    • Reconcile weekly and monthly cost reports
  • Expense Reports
    • Responsible for collecting and assembling employee expense reports 
    • Candidate must work well with numbers and be meticulous with details
  • External/Internal Client services
    • Plan and coordinate client and company staff meetings
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, lunches, business events, etc
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in an Office Manager Role or in related experience
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage time effectively with strong work ethic
  • High energy level and ability to work in a team environment
  • HR experience a plus, but not required

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an Office Manager Role or in related experience
