Job Description

West Los Angeles office is searching for an organized and detail-orientated Administrative Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. The ideal candidate is personable and ambitious who will be a great resource and addition to the team.
Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing and providing support to the office
  • Keeping extremely organized
  • Screening incoming calls and directing calls to the correct extensions
  • Prioritize tasks and creatively problem solve
  • Ability to effortlessly juggle a multitude of tasks
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
Qualifications:
  • Extremely skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong effective communication skills
