In this position you will educate callers on navigating our Annuity products website. You will utilize multiple department systems to provide accurate information and navigation recommendations for efficient and effective log in requests.
During your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll be maintaining a positive and professional demeanor to consistently provide a positive service experience.
