Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Training Coordinator for our Food Manufacturing client located in Fresno. This is a full-time opportunity and is paying $14-$18/hr depending on experience!

Job Summary- training:
As a member of the Human Resources team, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Training Coordinator prepares managers and employees to accomplish job results by identifying training needs; offering programs to meet needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Performs work in accordance with all quality systems requirements included in SQF 2000 including Food Safety, Food Defense, HACCP, and GMP's as well as meets all company corporate requirements related to quality and food safety programs.
  • Maintains a good attendance record to ensure that there is no interruption to production or services to our customers.
  • Works safely in accordance with company's safety program requirements.
  • Identifies training and development needs by analyzing organization results, job requirements, operational problems, plans and forecasts, and current training programs.
  • Satisfies training and development by researching, designing, or purchasing training programs and media; introducing new trends in training and development.
  • Presents training and development programs by identifying learning objectives; selecting instructional methodologies.
  • Evaluates training and development effectiveness by assessing trainee performance.
  • Completes training requirements by scheduling and assigning trainees and instructors.
  • Maintains knowledge of instructional technologies by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
  • Responsible for making sure trainings are maintained, accurate, and in compliance in the company training tracker and filed properly.
  • Prepare the training and development budget; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Training in the following areas is requires:  Food Defense, Principles of HACCP.
